Arun Thakur resigns as Chief Financial Officer at United Drilling Tools; Stock gains 1%

Resignation is due to personal reasons of Arun Thakur.

United Drilling Tools Ltd has informed the exchange regarding resignation of Arun Kumar Thakur as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. 

Commenting on his resignation, Arun Thakur stated, "I hereby testify and give my resignation as a Chief Financial Officer of United Drilling Tools Limited and agree to remove my name being as a Chief Financial Officer, wherever required, under the Companies Act, 2013, effective from the closure of business hours of 17th June, 2021, due to my personal reasons.

Accordingly, I hereby authorize and requests your good office to inform to the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, Stock Exchange(s) and the Board of Directors.

I thanks the Board of Director for given me the opportunity and assistance to discharge my duties during my tenure as CFO of the Company."

At around 12:25 PM, United Drilling Tools was trading at Rs336.80 per piece up by Rs4.1 or 1.23% from its previous closing of Rs332.70 per piece on the BSE.
