Bulk deal: Kirloskar Industries to Just Dial

Reliance Retail Ventures bought 1.30cr equity shares in Just Dial (or 20.97% of total paid up equity) at Rs1,020 per share on the BSE.

According to the bulk deal data as of July 20, Reliance Retail Ventures, the subsidiary of Reliance Industries, acquired a 20.97% equity stake in Just Dial.

Reliance Retail Ventures bought 1.30cr equity shares in Just Dial (or 20.97% of total paid-up equity) at Rs1,020 per share on the BSE.

In another bulk deal on the NSE, India Capital Fund sold 48,739 shares of Kirloskar Industries at Rs1,701.3.

Further, Albula Investment Fund sold 1.35 million shares of Rollatainers at Rs3.3 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.

Among other deals, Sirius Advisors acquired 5 lakh equity shares in Jump Networks at Rs 11.59 per share on the BSE.

Also, Sixth Sense India Opportunities III acquired 7 lakh equity shares in Stylam Industries at Rs861.42 per share. Whereas, Lighthouse Emerging India Investors sold 7.6 lakh equity shares in the company (or 4.48% of paid-up equity) at Rs861.23 per share on the BSE.

Stock view:
Just Dial Ltd is currently trading at Rs984 down by Rs5.7 or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs989.70 on the BSE.

Kirloskar Industries Ltd is currently trading at Rs1,692.55 up by Rs27.6 or 1.66% from its previous closing of Rs1,664.95 on the BSE.
