Under which, multi-cap funds saw an outflow of Rs1,143.86cr, while ELSS scheme saw an outflow of Rs38.87cr, as per the latest data of Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).
Furthermore, the debt-oriented mutual fund schemes cumulatively recorded an outflow of Rs51,962.16cr in September 2020, with investors profit booking majorly in the liquid fund to the tune of Rs65,951.79cr.
As for hybrid schemes, the outflow stood at Rs4,219cr in the month under review.
Meanwhile, contribution in systematic investment plans (SIP) continued to witness downside to Rs7,788.37cr in the latest month. In August 2020, SIP stood at Rs7,791.63cr.
In the open-ended mutual fund schemes, an outflow of Rs50,813.42cr was registered in September 2020. While the close-ended schemes saw an outflow of Rs1,271.77cr respectively.
Overall, the mutual fund schemes in September 2020, registered an outflow of Rs52,090.99cr.
