Hind Rectifiers enhances work strength at Mumbai Manufacturing plant

The Plant had restarted with 10% work strength from June 9, 2020, after closing down on March 19, 2020, due to Covid-19 outbreak. Now work strength is 30%.

Hind Rectifiers Limited had increased working strength from 10% to 30%. The company had partially resumed operations at the plant from June 9, 2020, after closing full operation on March 19, 2020, in the wake of Covid-19 outbreak.

“Mumbai Manufacturing Plant of the company is now working, with 30% strength from the previous 10%, with effect from September 3, 2020, in compliance with all the safety guidelines and directives issued by the Central, State Governments and local administration to safeguard the employees, labourers and all other stakeholders to prevent the spread of Covid-19,” the company informed the exchanges on Thursday.

The company had resumed full manufacturing operations at Nashik Plant from June 9, 2020. The operation at Nashik and Dehradun Plants was suspended from March 23, 2020. Further, considering the relaxation given by the Government, operations at Nashik Plant was started partially from April 27, 2020 and of Dehradun plant from May 6, 2020.

Hind Rectifiers Ltd is currently trading at Rs128.85, down by Rs1 or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs129.85 on the BSE.
