ICRA revises ratings of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers' bank facilities and NCDs

The ratings will be due for surveillance any time before October 14, 2022.

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has informed that the Rating Committee of ICRA, after due consideration, has upgraded the bank loan ratings of the Company.

The long-term rating has been upgraded to [ICRA]AA from [ICRA]AA-. The Outlook on the long-term rating has been revised to Stable from Positive.

The ratings of Non Convertible Debentures are also revised to [ICRA]AA/Stable from [ICRA]AA-/Positive.

Further, as per rationale report, the aforesaid ratings will be due for surveillance any time before October 14, 2022.

At around 10:11 AM on Thursday, Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers was trading at Rs80.75 per piece up by Rs0.35 or 0.44% on the BSE.
