Shares of Kokuyo Camlin
soared 8% in the last hour of the trading session on the BSE after the company’s net profit doubled in Q2FY20.
The company's Q2FY20 net profit doubled at Rs2cr as against Rs1cr in the same quarter last year. Also, the company’s EBITDA rose by 31.9% at Rs9.9cr, the company said in the filing.
However, its revenue came lower by 3.9% at Rs136.4cr in Q2FY20.
Kokuyo Camlin Ltd is currently trading at Rs66.50, up by Rs4.35 or 7% from its previous closing of Rs62.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs62.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs70.05 and Rs62.70 respectively.
