Mandhana Industries, Tree House Education among 17 scrips that hit 52-week low during intraday

The Indian stock market snapped two day winning streak on Thursday as momentum failed to sustain at higher levels. The NSE Nifty closed with a loss of 58 points at 8,510.

Birla Cotsyn (India) Limited, DB (International) Stock Brokers Limited, Digjam Limited, Kalyani Investment Company Limited, KSS Limited, LCC Infotech Limited, Lloyds Steels Industries Limited.

Mandhana Industries Limited, Max India Limited, Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, Pokarna Limited, Rainbow Papers Limited, Raj Rayon Industries Limited, SHRI ASTER SILICATES LIMITED, Somi Conveyor Beltings Limited, Tree House Education & Accessories Limited, Uttam Value Steels Limited were some of the prominent stocks to log a fresh 52-week low during intra-day on NSE.

Finally, the BSE Sensex ended with a loss of 205 points at 27,711. The BSE Sensex opened at 27,981 touched an intra-day high of 27,989 and low of 27,687.54.

The NSE Nifty closed with a loss of 58 points at 8,510. The NSE Nifty opened at 8,583 hitting a high of 8,585 and low of 8,504.45.

The India VIX (Volatility) index was down 1.73% at 15.7125. The BSE Midcap and BSE Smallcap closed closed down.
