Metropolis Healthcare plans to raise Rs. 1000 crore via IPO

The Shah family—chairman Sushil Shah and his daughter Ameera Shah holds a 63% stake.

Metropolis Healthcare Ltd is planning to sell shares in an initial public offering (IPO) to raise around Rs.1,000 crore, 
Report says that the plan follows successful share sales in recent months by Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd and Thyrocare Technologies Ltd.
The Shah family—chairman Sushil Shah and his daughter Ameera Shah holds a 63% stake and Carlyle owns 37% in Metropolis, says report.
In April last year, the Shah family acquired the 27% stake in Metropolis.
