NALCO signs MoU with Numaligarh refinery for long-term supply of CP coke

The company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) for long term supply of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) to ensure raw material security.

State-run National Aluminium Company (NALCO) has informed the exchanges that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) for long term supply of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) to ensure raw material security.

“Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on 24.09.2020 between National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) and Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) for long term supply of CP Coke to ensure raw material security,” the company said on Friday.

The stock is currently trading at Rs32.70, up by Rs0.9 or 2.83% from its previous closing of Rs31.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs32.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs33 and Rs32.05 respectively.
