Shriram Transport Finance approves Rs100cr fundraising through debt securities

The company has allotted NCDs of the face value of Rs10 lakh each on a private placement basis.

Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited board has given nod to fundraise of Rs100cr through debt securities on Tuesday. The company has allotted senior secured rated, listed principal-protected market-linked redeemable Non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs10 lakh each on a private placement basis.

The company stock on Tuesday ended at Rs1,377.70 per piece up by Rs18.05 or 1.33% from its previous closing of Rs1,359.65 per piece on the BSE.
