SRS Real Infrastructure dips after firm exits joint venture

SRS Real Infrastructure slipped 0.41% to Rs.12.18 on BSE. The company said that it had decided to sell its entire shareholding in joint venture SRS Lotus Projects for a consideration of Rs.50 lakh. 
The scrip opened at Rs. 11.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 12.19 and Rs. 11.5 respectively. So far 35279(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 491.69 crore.
The BSE group 'XC' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 22.75 on 02-Jun-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.66 on 21-Mar-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 13.32 and Rs. 11.8 respectively.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.16 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0 % and 32.84 % respectively.
The stock is currently trading below its 200 DMA.
