Sterling & Wilson Solar bags AUD220mn EPC contract in Australia

Sterling & Wilson Solar Ltd. informed the BSE on Tuesday that Sterling & Wilson Solar Australia Pty. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company in Australia, has executed a definitive contract for Engineering, Construction and Procurement for a 200MW DC Solar Farm in Australia amounting to AUD220.83mn.

Sterling and Wilson Solar is a subsidiary of Sharpoorji Pallonji. It is among the largest global solar engineering, procurement and construction solutions provider.

The company provides operations and maintenance services which includes projects constructed by third parties. 

SWSL was listed in August and made a tepid debut on the exchanges.
