Managing Director & CEO Manish Mohnot said repeat orders from select private real estate developers have further boosted the company’s order book in the B&F vertical.
On the operational front, EBITDA rose 38.6% YoY to ₹525 crore. This is against ₹379 crore a year ago.
With receipt of these orders, the company’s order intake for FY26 till date has increased to ₹9,443 Crore. This gives the company good visibility for future growth.
The infrastructure major reported a consolidated net profit of ₹225.4 crore for Q4 FY25, a sharp increase from ₹164.3 crore in the same quarter last year.
The order is for development of over 12 million square feet of residential spaces, and associated facilities on a design-build basis.
The company’s consolidated income for Q4 FY25 was up 21% year-on-year, at ₹6,204 crore
These new contracts encompass the T&D business in India and international markets. The firm won an order from the Buildings and Factories business in India.
