Issue of 25,33,500 equity shares (issue) of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 200-300 per share aggregating to Rs 50.67 cr - Rs 76.01 cr. The issue consists of book building portion of 19,00,000 equity shares and fixed price portion of 6,33,500 equity shares. The book building portion is for 75% of the total size where allocation is discretionary and the fixed portion is for 25% of the total issue size through proportionate allotment.
