The highest package offered by Abbott Vascular of Rs 10 lacs.
While statistics reveal the numbers, the quality of the placement opportunities is apparent from the names of national and international giants that have visited the campus namely Hindustan Unilever, RSH Australia, Dabur, Nestle, Indiatimes, HT Media and many more.
JRE has now placed all qualifying graduates in the first batch, with the exception of six students who opted out from the placement process. The median package for final placement was Rs 4.7 lacs. The highest package offered by Abbott Vascular of Rs 10 lacs. Some students have even received more than one offer to choose from.
JRE follows an objective placement process whereby corporate job requirements are matched with the skill-set of the students and vice-versa. The best companies from each sector were invited for placements to provide students with diverse opportunities.
The job profiles across these sectors provide graduates with exciting challenges at the start of their careers.
Speaking on the occasion, Harpreet Singh, President- JRE Group of Institutions said “We are pleased that our students have been placed in some of the top companies. Over 120% of the offers were secured by students through their summer internships. We have been able to get industry giants to our campus because of the industry-academic partnerships we have established. We will strive to continue this trend and provide the best opportunities to our students.”
Prof. Steve Rawlinson, President, Academic notes “We are delighted to see the successful transition of our graduates into the workplace, and wish them every success. The Placement Team has done a superb job in maximizing academic-industry links to promote employability and in securing job opportunities for students that align their capabilities with corporate needs”.
The JRE placement team includes members from some of India’s most prestigious institutions, and works collaboratively to secure internships and placements through ongoing interaction with industry.
