Govt softens norms under UDAN-2
The announcement regarding the airlines that have won the rights to operate flights is likely to be announced by the government in the second round of bidding as part of the regional air connectivity scheme (RCS) by November 30 of the current year.
The operators of the flight will be able to decide from a total of 350 airports and landing strips to operate the RCS flights in the second round of bidding.
