Accelya Solutions spurts over 6% after reporting higher consolidated profit at Rs18.35cr in Q4

The company’s consolidated income for Q4 at Recommends a final dividend of Rs17 per share.

Accelya Solutions India Limited, an Accelya Group company and a leading provider of financial and commercial solutions to the Airline and Travel industry, has recorded a consolidated operating income of Rs85.7cr for the fourth quarter ended June 2021 compared to Rs74.12cr in the quarter ending March 2021 and Rs62.43cr in the quarter ended June 2020.

The Consolidated PAT stood at Rs18.35cr in June ended a quarter of 2021 against Rs3.55cr in June ended a quarter of 2020 and Rs10.88cr in march ended a quarter of 2021.

For the quarter ended June 2020, the consolidated operating income and PAT were Rs62.83cr and Rs3.56cr respectively.

At around 9.54 AM, Accelya Solutions India Ltd was trading at Rs1,482.45 per piece up by Rs88.8 or 6.37% from its previous closing of Rs1,393.65 per piece on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs1,471 and has touched a high and low of Rs1,515 and Rs1,455.35 respectively, so far on Friday.

To ensure their safety, we continue with our work from home policy and have embarked on a vaccination drive,” Shrimanikandan Ananthavaidhyanathan, Managing Director, Accelya Solutions, said.

The company board recommends final dividend of Rs17 per share. Total dividend payout for FY21 to be Rs52 per share.

Accelya’s solutions are available as hosted and outsourced in pay-per-use models. These innovative models are beneficial for customers since they reduce upfront capital investments.
