Bajaj Finserv gets SEBI nod for mutual fund business; Stock hits record high

The stocks hit 52-week high at Rs15,950 per piece on Tuesday.

Bajaj Finserv Ltd has informed that Company has received an In-Principle approval from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on August 23, 2021 for sponsoring a Mutual Fund.

Accordingly, the Company would be setting up an Asset Management Company and the Trustee Company, directly or indirectly i.e., itself or through its subsidiary in accordance with applicable SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws.

On Tuesday, the stocks hit 52-week fresh high at Rs15,950 per piece during early trading hours.

At around 11:30 AM, Bajaj Finserv was trading at Rs15,921.80 per piece higher by 4.28% on Dalal Street.
