Global Vectra Helicorp hits 10% upper limit

Global Vectra Helicorp was locked at the 10% upper limit at Rs.112.28 on BSE. According to reports the company entered into partnership with European aviation major Airbus, which entails replacement of defective components of its H130 helicopters within 24 hours with no upfront payment.

The scrip opened at Rs. 112.8 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 112.8 and Rs. 112.8 respectively. So far 2474(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 143.57 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 139.55 on 30-Jul-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 39.9 on 26-Mar-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 102.55 and Rs. 90 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0 % and 25 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading below its 50 DMA.
