Indian Card Clothing acquires new premises for Rs10.5cr

Indian Card Clothing Company Ltd, a precision engineering company manufacturing and supplying card clothing products, informed the exchanges about a new commercial premise.

In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company said that it has acquired a Commercial Premise, ICC Chambers - I.

It is situated at Saki Vihar Road, Powai in Mumbai. ICC added that the accquisition happened on Wednesday, December 2 for a consideration of Rs10.5cr.

Indian Card Clothing Company was trading at Rs101.25 per piece down by 1.22% from its previous closing on the BSE.
