K P R Mill resumes operations after Covid-lockdown in Tamil Nadu; Stock climbs 1.5%

All the units have resumed operations adhering to Standard Operating Procedures prescribed by the Government.

K P R Mill Limited has informed to the exchange regarding resumption of all operational activities.

"In pursuance of the relaxation on Covid-19 restrictions by the Tamil Nadu Government effective from 5th July 2021, all the units have resumed operations adhering to Standard Operating Procedures prescribed by the Government", as confirmed by the company in a regulatory filing.

The scrip opened at Rs1,648 apiece and has touched a high of Rs1,670 apiece during early trading hours. The current market cap of the company is Rs11,298.60cr.
At around 10:40 AM, K P R Mill was trading at Rs1,666 apiece up by Rs24 or 1.46% from its previous closing of Rs1,642 apiece on the BSE.
