Lockdown declared at TTK Prestige’s Khardi unit following industrial unrest

The company said that following an ‘illegal’ sit-down strike by workers at the Khardi unit of the company at Maharashtra, a lockout has been declared.

TTK Prestige Limited informed the exchanges Wednesday that following an ‘illegal’ sit-down strike by workers at the Khardi unit of the company at Maharashtra, a lockout has been declared.

“The company has got adequate alternate capacities in other factories and financial impact is not expected to be material. We will keep the stock exchanges updated for any further developments,” company said.

At around 3.03 pm, TTK Prestige was trading at Rs5,780  per piece down by Rs48.05 or 0.82% from its previous closing of Rs5,828.05 per piece on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs5,800.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs5,875 and Rs5,761 respectively.
