PVV Infra board to mull joint venture with MR Buildtek on January 19

The scrip opened at Rs 11.94 and has touched a high and low of Rs 12.7 and Rs 11.1 respectively.

PVV Infra Ltd is currently trading at Rs 11.9, up by Rs 0.15 or 1.28% from its previous closing of Rs 11.75 on the BSE. PVV Infra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, to consider joint venture with MR Buildtek Pvt. Ltd. - which is into pre fabricated building technology with advanced manufacturing facility at Ravulapallem, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.

The Company will also consider the appointment of Compliance Officer of the company.

The scrip opened at Rs 11.94 and has touched a high and low of Rs 12.7 and Rs 11.1 respectively. So far 123544 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 5.88 crore.

The BSE group 'XD' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 16 on 04-Jan-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs 6.42 on 10-Jun-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 16 and Rs 10.75 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 0.6 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0 % and 99.4 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
