has entered into an agreement on November 27, 2020, to disinvest its 49% stake in Vipul Lavanya Developers Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Upon completion of the transaction, Vipul Lavanya Developers Limited will cease to be wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Vipul received consideration of Rs2.13cr from such disinvestment from buyer DN Homes Private Limited.
The company stock on Friday ended at Rs15.04 up by Rs0.24 or 1.62% from its previous closing of Rs14.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs15.24 and has touched a high and low of Rs15.24 and Rs14.45 respectively.
