2. The 39th AGM will be held on September 21, 2023 through VC/ OAVM Pursuant to Rule 20(4)(v) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended, the Company has published public notice as advertisement in Newspapers viz. The Financial Express (in English language with all edition) and in Jansatta (in Hindi language with Delhi Edition) confirming completion of dispatch of Notice of 39th AGM through email on August 29, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30.08.2023) We would like to inform you that 39th AGM of BLS International Services Limited was held today i.e. September 21, 2023 through the Video conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means facility to transact the business as stated in the AGM notice dated August 09, 2023. The AGM commenced at 03:00 p.m. IST and concluded at 03:48 p.m. (including time allowed for E voting at AGM). Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, we enclose herewith proceeding of the 39th AGM of the Company. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/09/2023)
