| The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25th August 2026 through video conferencing and other audio-visual means. After submission, it has been observed that, while preparing the final layout version of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, a paragraph was inadvertently omitted from the final artwork due to an editorial oversight. Accordingly, the revised Annual Report is being submitted after incorporating the omitted paragraph. Except for this, there are no factual or material changes to the contents of the Annual Report submitted earlier and this does not have any other impact in the Notice of AGM, Financial Statements, Boards Report etc. The updated Annual Report will also be hosted on the Companys website in place of the earlier version.
