ALL METAL PROCESS INDUSTRIES LIMITED ANNUAL REPORT 1999-2000 REPORT OF THE AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF ALL METAL PROCESS INDUSTRIES LIMITED We have examined the attached Balance Sheet of ALL METAL PROCESS INDUSTRIES LIMITED as at 31st March 2000 and the Profit and Loss Account of the company for the year ended on that date annexed thereto and report that: During the year company has undergone major restructuring and changed its office from Thane to Pune. In the course of shifting to the new office, many accounting documents of the company were misplaced. Besides this, during the year there was a breakdown in the computerized accounting package of the company. In these circumstances we were unable to carry out all the standard auditing procedures and to obtain evidences to substantiate certain accounting transaction of the company. In view of the above, we were unable to obtain all the information & explanations, which we consider necessary to form an opinion as to: i) Whether proper books of account as required by law have been kept by the company; and ii) Whether the accounts give a true and fair view in the case of the balance sheet, of the state of the company, affairs as at the end of its financial year, and in the case of the profit and loss account, of the profit for its financial year.
