The Company shall provide its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for transacting the items of business, as set out in the Notice convening the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company schedule to be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023. For the aforesaid purpose, the Company has fixed Friday, September 22, 2023, as Cut-off date for the purpose of Rule 20 (4) (Vii) of the Companies ( Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended, to determine the entitlement of members for e-voting. Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 44 (3) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith details of voting results in respect of matters transacted at the 49th AGM of the Company held on Saturday, 30th September 2023 at 3.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing /Other Audio Visual as Annexure - I, The report of the Scrutinizer dated 30th September, 2023, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder is enclosed as Annexure - II. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 03.10.2023) We are enclosing herewith copy of the minutes of the proceeding of the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.
