1996 MANSINGHKA OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED AUDITORS REPORT We have audited the attached balance Sheet of MANSINGHKA OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED as at 31st March, 1996 together with the profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date annexed thereto and report that: a) We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit. b) In our opinion, proper books of accounts as required by law have been kept by the company so far as appears from our examination of the books. c) The said Balance sheet and the Profit & Loss Account are in agreement with the book of accounts. d) In our opinion, and to the best of our information and according to the explanation given to us, the said accounts, Subject to Note No. 7 regarding non-provision of gratuity, Note No. 8 regarding under provision of interest on terms loans from financial Institutions and Notes No. 10 & 12 regarding Sales, together with schedules and notes thereon, give the information required by the Companies Act, 1956 in the manner so required and give a true and fair view: i) In the case of the Balance Sheet of the state of affairs as at 31st March, 1996 AND ii) In the case of Profit and Loss account of the Loss for the year ended on that date.
