In continuation to our letter dated 11.08.2022, we are to inform you that in compliance with Regulation 30 Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, re-appointment of Mr. Santkumar Bagrodia as a Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 01, 2022 for a period of 3 years have been confirmed by the shareholders at Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2022.
