ANNUAL REPORT 1998-99 NEXCEN SOFTECH LIMITED DIRECTORS REPORT Directors have pleasure to present the 9th Annual Report for the year ended 31st March,1999. ENERGY CONSERVATION,TECHNOLOGY ABSORPTION AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE The Company is a Finance Company and there is no requirement of energy and technology. There is no transactions in foreign exchanges. EMPLOYEES There is no such employee in the Company for whom a statement under Section 217(2A) of the Companies Act,1956 is required. AUDITORS To authorised the Board to appoint the Auditors and fix their remuneration. DIRECTORS Mr A.C.Mehta Directors retires by rotation and being eligible offer himself for re-appointment.
