Your Company is in the business of Ayurvedic / Herbal Medicines. During the period the Company has made significant strides towards putting the systems, procedures and infrastructure in place. The Company acquired approximately 5000 sq ft of fully furnished office space at Bangalore on lease rental basis. The Company is also in the process of installing proper system of accounting and reporting for which your Company has purchased a software called Microsoft Navision and another software called Sales Force Automation for sales reporting. Your Company has already identified a portfolio of products by analyzing the markets. The products will be procured from two manufacturers, one in Kolkata, West Bengal and the other in Noida, Utter Pradesh. The Agreement with these manufacturers have already been signed.
