Currently, the companys operational performance also witnessed substantial improvements, achieving a hourly revenue realization of $9.81 per FTE as on June 2005. The resultant outcome of these improvements is reflected by the company achieving Profits of Rs. 393 million as compared to Rs. 81 million during the previous fiscal. As on June 30. 2005, your company has a total potential seating capacity of 4.299 billable seats. In terms of major Customer wins your company has added 5 new customers, viz. Lexar Media, Airtel, Pitney Bowes, Mattson and Varsity Books, apart from ramp up in other existing processes. During the year under review, all Delivery Centres of your Company, both at Noida and Chennai successfully retained their COPC certification for excellence.
