A. Industry structure and developments

In the Year 2017 proved to be an interesting year for India. India’s economic growth become the fastest growing developing economy in the world. We expect this growth trend to continue in 2018, driven by strong demographics,GST, declining inflation, lower interest rates and continued focus on economic reforms.

B. Opportunities and Threats

Your Company has real estate development project based on the Gujarat. East Ahmedabad will witness a higher traction in coming years, as construction work on the initial phase of the Metro project has started in the area.

C. Segment-wise Performance

The Company is mainly doing single segments activities, hence the requirement of segment-wise reporting is considered irrelevant.

d. Risks and Concerns

Business risk like late payments, high interest cost , locality or a particular trade due to some external reasons. These reasons could be political, communal, failure of an industry etc. The risk that competitive forces will reduce revenue (e.g. a Investment Risk).

e. Internal Finance Control Systems their adequacy

The Company is in the process to set up adequate Internal Financial Cotrol Systems in the Company.

f. Financial Performance with respect to Operational Performance ? Share Capital

The paid up equity share capital of the Company as on March 31, 2017 stands at Rs. 6,61,13,200 divided into 6611320 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up

? Net Worth

The Company has negative Net Worth which increased from Rs. (570.62) Lacs to Rs (576.52) Lacs.

? Secured Loans

During the year under review, the Company has not obtained any secured loan.

? Total Income

The total Revenue of the Company during the year has increased from Rs. 1.88 Lacs to Rs. 100.59 Lacs.

g. Human Resources

Human Resources There has been no material development on the Human Resource/ Industrial Relations front during the year. As on 31st March 2017 the Company has limited employees only.
