UNIPHOS AGRO INDUSTRIES LIMITED ANNUAL REPORT 2005-2006 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS BONUS: The company has built-up substantial reserves and undistributed profits at its disposal and compared to the size and profitability of the company, it equity capital should be broad based. In previous couple of General Meetings the members of the Company had been requesting to issue Equity shares as Bonus shares. In order to strengthen the equity capital base of the Company and reward it shareholders by sharing the Companys prosperity with them, it is proposed to issue Bonus Equity shares to the shareholders of the Company by Capitalizing amount of credit available in Free Reserves of the company. OPERATIONS: Your Company has taken up Merchant Exports and has exported to the tune of Rs. 1604.59 lacs against previous years exports of Rs. 1212.78 lacs. During the year, company has exported few products which includes: 1. Hydrochloric Acid 2. Phosphoric Acid 3. Diesel Generator Sets 4. Knapsack Sprayers 5. Basic Chromium Sulphate 6. Liquid Glucose 7. Caustic Soda Flakes
