VICTORY IRON WORKS LIMITED ANNUAL REPORT 2005-2006 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS PERFORMANCE: The company did manage to restart production In July 05 and could only achieve a sale of Rs. 20,35,625/- during the year. The main reason being discontinuation of production attributed mainly due to lack of order. FUTURE PROSPECTS The company is trying to, procure fresh order and are hopeful to get fresh order during the year. These orders if executed will fetch a good return and will help improve production, productivity, sales and profitability. Reference to BlFR Companys reference to BlFR has been accepted and accordingly the company stands a declared SICK company within the meaning of SICK Industrial Companies Special Provisions Act 1986.
