1995 EARNEST HEALTHCARE LIMITED AUDITORS REPORT We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of Earnest Healthcare Limited as at 30th June, 1995 and also the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on that date annexed thereto and report that: 1. Further to our comments in the Annexure referred to in paragraph 1 above: a) We have obtained all the information and explanations which to the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of the audit; b) In our opinion, proper books of accounts as required by law have been kept by the Company, so far as appears from our examination of the books; c) The Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account dealt with by this report are in agreement with the books of account; d) In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanation given to us, the accounts give the information as required by the Companies Act, 1956, in the manner so required and subject to: i) Regarding gratuity: In accordance with the accounting policy consistently followed to account for gratuity on cash basis, no provision has been made in respect of gratuity payable amounting to Rs. 9.22 lacs. This has resulted in over- statement of profit for the year by Rs. 0.99 lacs and credit balance of profitability statement by Rs 9.22 lacs. ii) Balance confirmation of debtors, creditors and some of the hank accounts have not been obtained. Given a true and fair view: In the case of Balance Sheet of the state of affairs of the Company as at 30th June, 1995. AND b.
