Notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting of SHREE NARMADA ALUMINIUM INDUSTRIES LIMITED, (CIN: L91110GJ1981PLC004269) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 28th day of September 2023, at 11 A.M. at Hotel Shalimar Station Road, Bharuch-392001. The attendance slip and proxy forms are part of this Notice. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill and Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, we submit herewith Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-2023 including the Notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which is scheduled on Thursday, 28th day of the September 2023, at 11.00 A.M. at Hotel Shalimar Station Road, Bharuch-392001. The said Annual Report is also available at the website of the Company at www.snailbh.in.
