The Board of Directors have decided to hold the 89th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 23rd June, 2022 and resolved to close the Register of Members of the Company from Friday, 17th June, 2022 to Thursday, 23rd June, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company.
